HCA is used to suppress appetite as well as increase fat burning.

So what makes HCA different from all the other weight loss supplements that are out there?
HCA works to block fat. It also helps suppress your appetite, which means you will eat less total food. It is also believed that HCA makes the body burn extra carbs by blocking an enzyme that assists in converting excess carbs into fat.
In other words, not only are you eating less, but your body may also store less of what you eat as fat.
According to research, garcinia cambogia does not have any known side effects in healthy adults. There are some people who should not take it, however, including pregnant women, lactating women, children, and people with diabetes, Alzheimer’s, or any other form of dementia.
Garcinia can be taken 3 times per day, with each dose being taken 30 minutes before breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Tablets are available in a variety of doses and strengths so be sure to read the label to see exactly how much you are getting.
